Character, Temperment
Joeri is always up and eager to learn and work. He is social with the people he deems safe and generally likes people. However Joeri has his own “rules.” He decides what latitudes and permissions he gives to people he doesn’t know and greets outside the family and we respect that. Joeri is not rank with his own, however others outside the family will never have permissions like his own people. Nor does he obey others. This is a combination of genetics and training. It is part of who he is.
Intelligence
Joeri’s ability to reason and learn is nothing short of astounding. He has the ability to learn after one single repetition. He displays this on a regular basis.
Joeri’s KNPV score was 422, earning him his PH-1 met lof (with praise) and also lifetime certification.
